Tiffany and Sylvia are the ultimate wedding coordination dream team. The communication was a 10/10! We walked in through the door and I kid you not, multiple of the team members remembered us and instantly came up to give us hugs. How she makes you feel like you are the only bride she is working with when you know she has MANY is beyond me. She is super responsive, kind, helpful, flexible - the very definition of professional. I could write a short story just gushing on about Tiff and her rockstar team! tly how we wanted. And of course, the florals turned out absolutely perfect and everything I had ever dreamt of! I could not recommend the Beach House enough for a wedding on Kauai!! It was so nice to just show up on Kauai and everything was done for me. Our day-of coordinator, Katie might be a real-life superhero. Very clean and well put together. If I could do it all over again, I would! Will they make me feel comfortable? I My husband and I just got married at The Beach House last month (Dec 2021) and it was a total DREAM!!! I had zero doubts or apprehensions about moving forward with them. They definitely know how to plan a wedding and make it stress and worry free! We had the lilikoi flavored cake. The venue is insanely gorgeous and our guests are still talking about how incredible everything was. They were always so quick to respond, organized, accommodating and truly turned my vision into a reality. Tiffany is an angel- I showed her my vision board and we worked together to make my dream upgrade items fit into my budget. Nice restaurant, decent food - Beach House Restaurant Once the formal wedding planning was kicked into high gear, Tiff was my right hand woman. Even though she's probably speaking to 50 brides on a daily basis, she knows how to make you feel like you're her biggest priority. We booked the venue site unseen, however our neighbors had gotten married at The Beach House and highly recommended it, and now we do as well! The appetizers, dinner, and mai tais were more delicious than I could have ever imagined, and the event was seamless. This meant putting a lot of trust into their hands, and letting go. Unheard of for my type A self. Sylvia, Fran, and Beth were all present on our wedding day. In May of 2021, we had our dream wedding (I miiight watch the teaser video 1-7.5 times daily in an effort to relive that day). AND THE FOOD was by far THE BEST wedding food I've ever had and our guests all agreed! What even better luck when she supported and assisted through 3 rescheduled events during COVID, staying positive, knowledgeable and thoughtful to our situation. Aya Productions, our videographers were awesome! As covid restrictions lifted and the venue started getting super booked, Tiffany still treated us like we were her VIPs, answering every email within 10 min (no joke), and being on top of every detail. Katie is the Event Manager and day of coordinator and somehow also your BFF on your wedding day. They made the planning so simple & effortless.
